“My subject matter is landscape/seascape, always with the presence of a figure. It took me some time to realize that I am the figure, always as an observer.”

This exhibition of new and recent work by Ainslie Yule examines his deep fascination with nature and its inherent beauty both within the landscape and the seascape. Stemming from his memory of growing-up in East Lothian, Yule has absorbed the richness of the location from the shoreline, beach, horizon, sky to the colours of the sunset and captured them within his drawings and sculptures.
