  Council of Trustees
 

Responsible for defining the strategic vision, policy, procedures & programme, reviewing its effectiveness and delivery and selecting new members, the Council meets 6 times a year. It includes the President, Vice President and 12 Trustees, all of whom are professional sculptors and directors of the company under the terms of the Companies Act. Meetings are attended by the Treasurer and the Society Director.

In May each year the Council reports to the entire membership, through its Annual Report and Audited Accounts, at the Annual General Meeting.

Helaine Blumenfeld VPRBS ‘Aurora’

The Society congratulates Helaine Blumenfeld VPRBS on winning the International Sculpture Prize: Pietrasanta and Versilia in the World. She is the first woman to do so.
